[ that is a sound that Rook is going to aim to hear a lot more of, especially now that he knows of her enjoyment with art. this is something that he has a lot of experience in, thanks mostly to his long existence and abilities.]

I have... well I might have a few of the great missing ones hidden away, along with some interesting sketches of famous paintings before they became famous. Also, uh, jewelry. [ this was one of the few times that he truly hated what he was. when he knew that there was so much more that could be between them if only he wasn't a demon, if only he hadn't done whatever he had done all those millennia ago to be punished like this.

The want so strong it ached deep within him but far stronger than just a physical need. If it only existed on a physical level he could overcome it and push it away but he longed for more.
